The Application may use third-party services that collect or process information under their own privacy policies. In the event of an error in the Application, the Service Provider may collect data and information through third-party products on your device called Log Data. The Application does not explicitly use browser cookies for its core functionality. However, third-party services integrated into the Application may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
You can stop collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or application marketplace. Where applicable, you may also revoke access granted to Google or YouTube through your Google Account settings.
The Service Provider retains User Provided data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where YouTube API Data is temporarily stored or cached, it is retained only as necessary for the relevant feature and subject to applicable YouTube API Services policies.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
